Is the NYX Haute Model 10-Color Palette a Perfect 10? - Makeup and Beauty Blog

If NYX had their druthers, nosotros'd all be shimmering like angelic fiends right about at present. Their budget conscious 10-Color Palette in Haute Model ($11), one of four new palettes in the extensive 10-Color Palette line, houses a bevy of bestselling NYX shadows in night green, blue, purple, gray and statuary, as well as ii lighter pops of pink and teal.

The lighter shades seemed out of identify to me at first, only I wouldn't plow them abroad. Now I like the overnice contrast they provide.

The shadows in this bargain dazzler have a bold, hello-smoothen finish that demands attention, and every one, with the exception of the pinkish in the elevation row, apply with NYX'due south signature buttery texture (the pinkish doesn't feel every bit finely milled every bit the others to me).

Er, non sure what's going on here…

I'm non crazy that NYX recently raised the price of the 10-Colour Palettes (they went from $9.75 to $11), but I think they're notwithstanding a not bad bargain. Considering the number and quality of colors and the diversity in each, $11 isn't bad.
